I ask because I have a friend that lives there that would really like to learn more about burmese, but she doesn't know of anyone with any. She doesn't own any herself but comes here frequently to read what we write about them, she is so interested in these magnificent snakes. If anyone lives around the D.C area and wouldn't mind showing her the burm ropes I would be forever grateful. Thank you.

Very cool. I just got an email from my friend (online friend I met through this very forum) saying that she doubted anyone would respond to this post or live in that area, but behold,.. here you are. I think it's just great.
