Depends, I think that they refer to giants as jumbo. Otherwise its just a sale pitch

I know the "jumbos" at Petsmart are just adult leopards, where are you looking?

If its Petsmart then its definitely just large. They don't carry the giant strains (I worked for them for years).

My hisband works at a Petco part time as the reptile specialist. We have 7 of our own leos in addition to others...but yes, it is a sales tactic. I don't know about other stores, but the babies that this store gets in are about the size of a Q-tip on a good day. To say the adults are Jumbo or Giant - compared to the babies, anything would be Jumbo or Giant including the crickets - is nothing but hype to sell them for $90.
