Ringed Pythons

I'm thinking of getting a ringed python. Can anyone tell me the temperment of these snakes? Also their eating habits and any other useful information you can provide me. Thanks in advance.

Mine is a yearling now. When he was small, I could handle him with ease. Then one day...he turned super nasty, seriously overnight. Don't fret though, I hear this is pretty normal, and most settle down once they are older. Right now though, he snaps at anythign that moves. And it isn't a feeding resonse...he is after me! Regardless, there is not a more pretty snake than a baby ringed IMO.

There's a thread on Ringed Pythons on the last page of this forum (dated July 25, 2003) that may be of help to you.
