Beginning New Thread on Topic of Snow Dragons

Georgia Bearded Dragons Dec 12, 2003 02:28 AM

The other messages and posts were getting buried so far deep in the page that this will make it easier to keep up with reading the posts on this topic of discussion. Just a fresher start.

Paul, if you read this do you have any pictures you can post of your SNOW dragons. Can you point me in the direction of someone who might have an awesome SNOW male available, or perhaps you might have one available?????

I have enjoyed your helpful and educational posts on the topics of the hypos vs. pastels, vs. hypo-pastel.

Loved your other pictures too.

I know I responded back in the original thread so I'm sorry if this is repetitive. Drop Terri at Fire and Ice a line. They have really nice dragons and Terri is very pleasant to work with. I know they have a batch a recently hatched dragons because I am working with Terri on getting a female. I also have a gorgeous hypo pastel male from Paul so if I ever do decide to breed them (they are first and foremost family pets) I should get some really nice dragons. I don't know if Paul has snows but you can't go wrong with either Terri or Paul. Hope you find what you are looking for.

Sorry, in my prior post I meant to say "a batch of recently hatched SNOW dragons".

Thanks so much for replying and for the information. I have droped Terri a line and am waiting to here back from her about availability of a male and pricing. If it is not to personal to ask can you tell me approx. what the pricing range is on her Snows you are considering. Are the females priced higher than the males or are they the same? Thanks again

We haven't talked price yet so I can't really tell you. It does depend on the quality of the Dragon and yes I believe the females are slightly more expensive. Holdbacks are the most expensive and go for $300 male $350 female. I am getting these numbers from the Fire and Ice Web site so you should go over there and look under "Pricing and Availability". While I haven't talked price yet with Terri, once I know that there is a female holdback for me I would expect to be paying arond $350.

Hi Wendy, I saw you have an account to post classifieds ads. Many breeders post dragons for sale, and never visit the forum so you might want to post a want ad for a male SNOW dragon on there. You might find someone who is holding onto one through the classifieds. Just an idea. Hope you find what your looking for.

Great Idea Matt. Will post a wanted ad, probably will get a lot of junk mail with people trying to sell some normals as a snow morph. HA HA LOL You know how that goes. Someone finds out you are looking for something and suddenly they have what you are looking for

Will deal with all the junk mail though in hopes of finding my prize Snow male, I even have a name picked out, just waiting until he happens along to join our family

She is going through a big move right now (can you imagine moving all your herp set ups? Yikes!). I know because I just bought a red flame from her and sometimes it took a little time for her to get back to me. The dragon I got is the most perfect, well socialized little dragon! I really rec. talking to Terri. I am sure Paul is awesome too I just don't know him and I always like to give credit where credit is due, Terri is great! Just my two cents
