A blizzard lizard Leopard Gecko's body should be white throughout, sometimes a spot or hint of yellow sneaks through-- especially lately there has been quite a few of those leos. A patternless is basically a normal leo with no pattern(spots, stripes, tail markings, nothing) and should still have their usual bright yellow background. I hope that clears it up for you, I'm not the best at explaining things, lol. Take care.

Blizzard:
A Leopard Gecko that has an almost pure white body. Hatchlings appear grey with
a faint yellow hue and white tail. The ultimate Leucistic.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Leucistic:
A Leopard Gecko with no pattern on the body distinctive due to its jet black eyes. Its truest form is the blizzard morph but is usually seen with either a yellow head and body with a white tail or as an olive type colour all over.

I saw the link a few posts down and it was simple, yet helpful. Take care.
