What do I do if my young water monitor has a 'broken' front toe? One of his front toes is bent up at an odd angle and appears to be stuck that way. Splint of some sort?

I'd take it to a vet. They'll be better at setting it and splinting it. It may end up being stiff, but at least it'd be pointing in the right direction.
