Hi, a few days back I posted about Dex hitting walls and doors that were white and had no "pattern" to them.
what I have done that seems to be working perfectly is I went to the local Target and got some "Painters masking tape", 1 1/2 inch wide color blue ... cost was about $6.50 (6 something ?)
before:
takes off at a run and hits the wall base or door base with a "thump" ! Ouch!! 
after:
takes off at a run and stops before the wall base or door base and looks at it as if to say "Hey where did that blue stuff come from?" walks around it some and moves on to another spot.
No More "Thud! Wham! Bang!" 
now for his nose to heal up... not infected but he has a bit of a bruise.
