Feeding very small mealworms to hatchling chameleons.....a good idea or no??? np

I wouldn't use them due to their hard shell and gutloading.
I use pinhead cricket's and other soft bodied insects..
You can use fruitflies if you don't mind culturing them, i find it a tedious task..
