Now since they have bred i know that they are in breeding mode, but if they don't copulate again what are the chances of the female getting pregnant?

Also I'm going to leave them together for about a month or 2.

If the male does lose interest what should i do to get him back into breeding mode again?

Ron,
. I think the more they breed the better the chances of fertilizing more ova. I leave them together as long as the males show interest. I have quite a few breeder males and rotate them from one cage of females to the next. When I started breeding BRBs I only had one breeder male and I left him with the females as long as he acted interested. If yours stop breeding for a couple days try seperating them for a few days and then reintroducing them. If either of them sheds or you get a weather change, like a cold front be sure to get them together. Misting them in the evening will sometimes get them started again.
