Last Wed. I recieved my first uro. He is 8 in. stl. He hasnt pood this whole time, yet he has been eating. Im using zoomed vita sand as a substrate, which is fine-milled, so i dont think hes impacted. I understand hes probably stressed, being in a new environment and all, but can he really hold it for a whole week? I have an appt. to see my vet next tue., but im afraid it might be too late. any suggestions?

I would not worry about it. When I first got my mali, he didn't poop for a while too, even though he was eating. It is probablly just a little mix of stress and fear being in a new environment and everything. So don't worry, your uro will go when the urge hits him!
