My gaboon: male of female ??

Hey you all,

For almost a year now, I've a Bitis g. gabonica.
I always thought it was a female (because of the short tail).
But now when she has grown a lot, I'm not so sure.
The tail looks rather long.

What do you say: Male of Female ????

My vote is male. Females have very short stubby tails. His tail is pretty long.

That sure is one of the prettiest gaboons I've seen...I love the banding.

Here are some more pics of Etienne his gabonica, I just took the liberty of posting them Hope he doesn’t mind J

If you look closely on the sides of the head you can see that the triangular stipes below the eye are not connected with the eye itself, but are kinda “ rounded”
