there are a few things that can affect humans and reptiles, like some bacterias. but virus (cold, flu) are species specific and you can not pass them to your reptiles.
Interesting point, one type of the common cold in humans, is an adenovirus, yet adenovirus in bearded dragons is deadly... but they are different types that affect each other and one can not catch it from the other
