I was wondering if there are any ill effects with one generation? If i were to get a pair of 100% het albino 50% pied, and they were brother and sister. This would help the odds, but would the offspring be unhealthy?

I'd mate them if the parents are an albino and a heterozygous pied that are not closely related. Try to get a pedigree from the owner of these snakes' parents. Good luck.
