Hyperolius puncticulatus is what I believe.
Hyperolius puncticulatusis relatively easy to identify but Hyperolius in general can be very hard to identify. There are over 100 species and are very polymorphic. In just the H. viridiflavus/marmoratus complex there are over 50 subspecies.
