Nighttime Temps?

What are the recommended nighttime temps? How can i keep it that hot because if the heat lamp is on at nite it will look like day time?

Referring to the nitetime temp's, whats a good stander weekly cycle for the lighing? Please reply

i use a 12hr cycle on a timer and use nothing for heat at night besides what the room temp is.

So let me get this straight, So when midnight comes I turn out the lights? then I turn them back on in the morning?? What temp would it be at night on the thermo?? Could I use a in4red light during the nite??
I thank you for your advice. I don't know if my little guy is doing oh so well. I wish he could speak up and tell me what he wants.(never gonna happen) I'm going to put a pic on the board soon enough. I really need to know how to take care of him other then trail'n'error. I u fell up for it let me know.

I have my tanks on timers - you can get light timers in the hardware department of most any bigger store (Target, Wal-Mart, Fred Meyer, etc). They turn on at 7AM and go off at 7PM all by themselves. I don't have a night light of any kind and the night temps in the cage drop to about 68 degrees. If your house gets cold at night, you can use a low wattage night bulb (blue or red) or a ceramic heat emitter if you need even more heat. Uros are from the desert where it gets pretty cold at night, so they're quite comfortable that way.
