Mean little bugger he is:

My favorite isnt a morph at all. I like the normal corns better than any of the available morphs out there. Here is mine, he is a '00 snake and is a KY locale normal corn. He is right at 48".

I've seen you post pictures of that one before.

Very pretty. Where did you get it? Was someone breeding some WCs and you bought a baby or did you breed some WCs yourself?

I'd like to get some locale cornsnakes which is why I'm asking.

Thanks.

I got him on a trade with a pueblan milk (I got the better deal!!) He is almost certainly a wild caught that the guy had at the reptile expo here in KY. He was very jumpy and rattled his tail when I first got him. He has settled down considerably, but still rattles his tail when feeding.

I dont know anyone breeding KY locale corns for commercial purposes. I know there are quite a few people who want locale corns, and if anyone had a female they would like to breed with my male, I would loan him for that purpose. I would rather see someone breed KY locale corns, than people going out here in KY and decimating the small population we have. Phil Peak has done alot of data gathering on the KY locale corn. Interestingly he has found that the blotch count on KY corns is lower than say in the FL corns.

Some of the colors of the normal corns is just so cool and fascinating, especially some of the ones Phil has photographed. Indeed my favorite, the normal corn!

Anything motley, with a particular preference for anery mots, ghost mots, and caramel mots. And who could forget those lav mots.
