Feeding problem.

Jason W Jun 03, 2003 02:19 AM

Every Garter snake I have ever had fed on fish. My latest will only eat wild babby tree frogs. Needless to say its not fun catching tree frogs all the time any suggestions? I read the other posts and when I get another frog I will try to rub it on a guppy but anyone have anythign ells to try?

I have 1.3 WC plains garters that now feed on unscented pinkies. They started off eating nightcrawlers and small american toads. I tried scenting the pinks with worms first and then the next feeding I used the split braining method and had no problem.
