Sinoloan vs Mexican- how to quick spot difference?

Whats an easy way to identify a sinoloan from a mexican yearling?

Hello,
Sinaloans have a rounded snout with a whitish patch on the tip , and very wide red bands... the first red band on the neck will be at least 13 scales wide. I only know Mexicans from pictures, so someone else will probably be able to provide a better description, but I think they have a darker, more pointed snout and smaller red bands.
