I know that kingsnakes eat other snakes but i was wondering, as i am new to kingsnakes, whether i could house my two kingsneks, male and female if that matters, together in a 10 gallon tank. Right now i have them in the same tank but it is partitioned in the middle so they cant get to eachother.

no you can't. they eat other snakes, including kings and opposite sexes. the only time they would tolerate each other is after you brumated them, then they would be in mating mood. otherwise you'll have one big male or female, but not mood.
