I'm taking my RES to the vet for the first time in a couple of days, and have no idea how I'm going to bring him there. Is it okay if I carry him in an open-top cardboard box or does he need to be kept in water? I wonder if he'll get dizzy sitting in the car... how do you guys usually transport your turtle?

I just put mine in a box with a damp wash clothe so that he doesn't slide around.
