Who would of believed it!!! Chams can sing!

icequeen Jun 03, 2003 07:40 AM

This morning I was sitting here by my computer...with my back to Zoe's cage.
It was really quiet in here, and I thought I could hear someone singing quietly...well...it was ZOE!!

I listened carefully...and was able to get most of the words...it went something like this (and sounded a lot like the old Jeffersons theme song):

Well I'm movin on up,
To the east side.
To a dee-luxe apartment in the sky.
Movin on up
To the east side.
I finally got a piece of the pie.

Mealies don't fry in the kitchen;
Crix don't burn on the grill.
Took a whole lotta tryin'
Just to get up that hill.
Now I'm up in the big leagues
Gettin' my turn at the cat.
As long as I live, it's me and mom, baby
There ain't nothin wrong with that.

Well I'm movin on up,
To the east side.
To a deluxe apartment in the sky.
Movin on up
To the east side,
Where mom's gonna hand feed me till the day I die.

I was shocked!! I just can't believe that Zoe was so excited about his new home that he made up a song about it!!!

OHMYGOD....he's WHISTLING now!!!

*tired....soooo tired....must sleep....chams can't REALLY sing...can they?*

Maybe Zoe can star in his own TV commercial like Bud, Weis and Er!
Does he at least have a nice voice? Maybe he can star in his own music video to help pay for the silkies?!

Remember how Michingan J. Frog would go from this:

To THIS:

everytime anyone other than his owner was watching....well...it's the same thing with Zoe.

anson Jun 05, 2003 12:59 PM

He should have been around he was on warner brothers cartoon shows with bugs bunny cartoons. He would sing "Hello my baby, Hello my darling, Hello my ragtime Gaaal!"
