Walking funny

Howdy peeps, happy hollidays. i've been noticing that my female tama when she is walkin around drags her vent. at least it looks like she is.She isnt having any problems crawling around her plants or cages. Her balance seems fine.(i mean she does the 2 legged stretch/extension to get crickets).I'm wondering if maybe she is alittle constipated? and maybe trying to force herself to deficate?.She gets this awesome pinkish/white colorwhen she sleeps. but anyway, anyone ever seen this b4 in their chams?

Its hard to say based on your description but one possibility is that she is receptive to breeding. Many people have noted their chameleons licking a branch and it has been presumed that they might be trying to pick up a smell/taste. It is possible that she is somehow advertising her receptivity by spreading a certain hormone or chemical to signal it to any males. I say this based on the coloration you are describing. Receptive F. pardalis are often a peachy color when they are receptive (possibly the color you are seeing) and this behavior may be related.

On the other hand, it could be something totally different. When was the last time she deficated?

as far as i know everythign is comming out normally, i did witness her deficate last week, but am not here all day to view. judging b the amount of feces in her cage when o cleaned it yesterday she is regular. the color looked normal. If she is being receptive, do i "need" to breed her soon. or will she be fine if i wait awhile?
