Submersible heaters

pisces842001 Dec 15, 2003 09:18 AM

HI,

I purchased a 150watt submersible heater that I use to warm up my alligators' water temperature. I only used it once so far and that was last night. I noticed later on today that water was INSIDE the tube. Would I be correct in saying that it isn't a good thing and go ahead and dispose of the heater or is that perfectly normal and continue to go about my business with the heater? I would really appreciate any input anyone can give me. Thanks in advance.

Chris
