What are Mustard and Collard Greens? how often should you feed a uromastyx?

You should check out the nutritional info I have for bearded dragons, the same rules apply for Uro's. My website is below, just click on Nutrition Content. Some foods have photos so you can see what certain greens look like.

They are just another type of green with more nutritional value for your uro than just using romaine, leaf or iceburg lettuce. The are a very valuable source of nutrition for your uros. Turnip greens have the most nutritional value according to things I have read as well as Audrey Vanderlinden's article about uro care. In Wisconsin they are not available at all grocery stores, usually the high end stores or stores that cater to people from the southern states where these type of greens seem to be more prevelant.
