Is it possible to get good quality lizard pics. from a $250 camera? Pictures would be taken inside for website images. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good camera? i.e. amount of megapixels?

I bought a Nikon coolpix 2500, and it does great...2.0mp, swivel lense, flash memory, avail usb transfer...
I have more pics at my photo album http://photo.reptilehaven.net/albuo51
Hope that helps!
I guess either it changed w/the new forum setup, or I forgot how to do multiple pics...

How close were when you took this pic?

Errr...probably 2-3 inches maybe...something in that range.
Thx, for the advice. The links worked when I tried. Great pics. they show a lot of detail. I saw that same camera today at Office Depot. Looks like a good camera for the price. Thanks for your help!

Might want to look on Ebay and other sites like that. You can usually find one NIB for much less than retail stores
