1. buy a ten-gallon aquarium (or you may start out with a 5-gal if it is a tiny pacman, like smaller than a US quarter.
2. Get some coconut-fiber bedding, in brick form, that you add water to. It expands and looks like soil, and is the best ground cover for your frog. It goes by the brand names: forest bed, eco earth, bed-a-beast, and others. Put in enough so that the frog can bury itself if it wants.
3. Put in a shallow water dish that the frog can easily get into and out of. A coffee saucer does well for a smaller frog. Make the water level a bit below your frog's mouth level.
4. Put the tank in a warm location in your house, pr purchase a heatlamp to hang above the tank. my horned frogs do well at a temp of about 78 degrees.
These are just the basics. You probably should start feeding it crickets that are smaller in body length than the frog's mouth. Earthworms from non-sprayed or polluted locations are also a good idea.
Anything else, feel free to ask. Hope I helped!

These frogs are not the best jumpers. Don't assume that it can jump into/out of the water bowl easily! Sink the bowl into the substrate so that its "lip" rests on the ground and the frog can crawl in/out.
Also during feeding, with small frogs, you may want to empty the water from the waterdish, put the frog in, and drop the food item on that. This prevents the swallowing of substrate.
