Get a fecal done at a vet, could be parasites. If they're housed together, seperate them.

What are the temps (basking side and cool side)?
What are you feeding them?
What kind of lighting/heating equipment are you using?
How long are the lights on?
Are they housed together or separately?
Have they received a fecal test by a qualified reptile vet?
I'll try to help the best I can. But I need more info.
