Covenant Jun 03, 2003 10:57 AM

Hey all. Havn't been on in a while all my turltes are doing great. My little Ally snappers are good and the bigger one is doing good too. My little commons are growing at a fast rate. But what I'm realy looking for is a Florida Snappign Turtle. Any one know where I can go looking for one at? Just want one that's no more than a year old. Thanks for any help.Already been to a bunch of different sites but no luck. Either they just sell Ally Snappers or just common snappers.

I know they are selling some hatchlings from turtletown also on the classifieds but I would perfer some about 6 months to a year old. Or about 2 to 2 and a half inch carapace length. Thanks.

Hey there. Thanks for the info. But the next day after I posted these messages to the boards I went to the warehouse where I get my fish from and one of the delivery drivers was looking to get rid of one of his Florida Snappers because the two he had fought so much. So he brought it in the next day and just gave me one of his. Which was cool. He's pretty cool looking. I've never owner a Florida Snapper before. When I look at him up close they look like a regular snapper mixed with details from a Alligator Snapper. Like the spines around his neck. And his shell is a little more jagged on top and on the rear. Also my little florida snapper is mostly a tan color. Which is cool. Any ways thanks though.
