plain old tangerine honduran

RandyWhittington Dec 16, 2003 06:18 PM

I know I have posted this picture before but every now and then when I pass it on my computer I cant help but post it again because it's one of my favorites. It just reminds me that a honduran can still cost $75 or less and look just as awesome as some myself and others have payed way to much for(not that I dont like them too).
This little girl was a couple of months old when this picture was taken. She is NOT a hypo but just a possible het.

is producing the most beautiful normal tangerine and "tangerine dream" hondurans these days ? Thanks

I got a awesome pair of normal Hondurans from Peace River Herps. The male is as clean and bright as the one posted above the female has a little bit of speckling to her but she is a beauty as well.

I would hate to name someone paticular because there are a lot of breeders out there with nice ones. I would say just to try and buy the cleanest captive bred babies you can find. Try to find ones with no black tipping at all as babies. The especially clean ones will not even have any black tipping showing in the orangish-red area in between the sets of black bands. That is usually where black tipping shows up first. Hope this helps and good luck. Later, Randy W.

I have her in brumation right now but next time I get her out to clean her cage I will try and get a new shot. Randy
