Shedding HELP!

Erm my Hatchling started shedding for the first time since iv had him, and i didnt relise, and handled him he was really jumpy so i put him back, and noticed some of his skin... what tips can you give me on 'shedding'! Iv heard spraying the sides of the tank with water... Any tips would be great!

Oh and is there things i should check to make sure his shed was ok??

It should do okay on it's own. It may be helpful to increase the humidity some. Don't handle it, and don't feed it until it is done shedding. If it looks like it is shedding in pieces, you may try putting it in a warm (85 degrees F) bath. After it sheds, check the old skin to make sure that it didn't retain it's eye caps and that it's tail tip shed.
