Baby BP still not eating

trvlbuny Jun 03, 2003 11:13 AM

The BP has been home for about 5-6 weeks now and still won't eat. We moved its sibling out last night that was bought a week later and also who will eat. Thinking that this might help it out. I read on one of these posts someone tried and appetite stimulator. Is this recomended? Where would we get it? The BPs were bought from a pet store. The one that was moved out has eaten twice without an issue but this one seems to be happier making friends with its prey. Any help and suggestions would be great.

patience seems the best. try to feed her alone without her sibling around and never give up trying.

....presumably we're talking hatchling BP's here. Try feeding a large dark-haired fuzzy mouse (less than 3 week old mouse) in subdued light. SJM
