It is King Play Sand, My friend bought way to many bagsy for his bearded dragon tank so he sold me two bags of it. I really like it because it is very smooth and moist underneath.

Looks great but that rock hide scares me a bit. Make sure everything is really secure, they dig a lot and can move things bigger than you expect. Besides that it your uromastyx should be one happy camper.

yes, be very very careful that those rock hides are stablized. they look great and the lizards love them but it's not worth it to come home one day to find your boyfriend's roommate moved the cage, thus causing a rock to shift and... well... I only have one egyptian uro now.

This is a picture of the rock hide. i dont know how stable it should be or how to check it but if i put my hand on any of the rocks and try to move them with a fair amount of force they dont budge, what should i check for and how should i change it? any sugggestions?

sand, as a substrate, shifts a lot. you need to make sure you have a basking spot that is anchored to the actual bottom of the cage. maybe do a flat basking spot, a stack like robyn @ pro exotics does, that offers the uros a lot more options for thermoregulation.
