Albino Tree Frogs

I live in Southern Alabama and I was just doing some chores. When I opened my porch umbrella, I was suprised to see what looked like a tree frog. However, the tree frog was not green, but white. I am wondering if this is a mutation or a different species of tree frogs. What is it?
