This is Goblet.....

He's a pixie frog baby, or African bullfrog.
He just arrived today, and hes adorable, this is a close up pic, so you could really see him. But actually hes about 1 1/2 inches.

Hes so small now, but they grow to 9 - 9 1/2 inches. One big bullfrog, hehehhe I can't wait. He's already eating like a machine. As he grows he has to live in a different room than my reptile room. He would try and eat my lizards,

that is kind of cool looking. I was expecting something different than that. What are those other ever so popular frogs that most petstores carry these days...kind of whitish, reddish, and greenish What's he eat, and what will he eat when he's 10 or 15 lbs? LOL

pac man frogs. This guy is a BULLFROG, cant wait to hear him call when he's older, feel like I'm out fishing in a creek,

Anyway they eat anything that moves, crickets earthworms any bugs, mice(but not at my house, rats, but not at my house , lizards, but yeah you got it, NOT HERE ! They can eat dog food and cat food and COOKED or RAW meat or chicken, that he can have at my house just no live critters.

That's the cutest frog I've ever seen. Such big, round eyes. Very nice.

Things looking a little better this week? I hope so. Squig still sleeping? Thanks for the froggie compliment, he is a cutie little thing, inch and a half, and he eats anything I throw in.

Squig's doing well. He was sorta awake today when I got home. He still looks plenty fat so I guess everything must be going well. Yay!

so um why do they call them pixie frogs when they clearly aint?

I always thought because they grew to such a large size, it was someones joke to call them PIXIE FROGS.

DUH ** Now that could be considered as dumb, hehehhhee, WE BOTH know the reason now.
So we can act intelligent when asked by the next dumb guy, hahahahahhahaahahhahah LOL
