when i go to pick up my blood sometimes she makes a sound sort of like a lil puff of air.. it dont sound like she is hissing really just a quick lil puff of air.. she have a cold or sumtin? lol

No, they just breathe that way, heavy breathers.I can feel the air from my biggest blood when she breaths.

They do it REALLY loudly if they're unhappy with you. It's part of their threat display. Doesn't necessarily lead to a bite, though.
