can you feed beardies mandarin/japanese oranges?

Here's the nutrition content on mandarin oranges:

Orange, Mandarin
Ca:P 1.4:1
Protein .6%
Fat .2%
Fiber 2.3%
Water 88%

I give oranges to my beardies occasionally. They really seem to like them.

isn't normally recommended not to feed bearded dragons any citrus fruit? The high acidicy or vitamine A (or was it C?) in citrus fruits causing some sort of problem? I can't remember where I read this before or the reasons...maybe somebody here can remember better than I.
