my new GTP is about 4 months old and is not taking pinkies,iv tried the usual tricks to no avail..im begining to think that the added stress (poking him)trying to get him to eat an unnatural food source may not be such a good idea while he is still aclimating,so im toying with the idea of trying anoles or some other type of normal diet(tree frogs, geckos ect.)just until he grows a bit and then try the mice again.(i had a cooks tree boa years ago that wouldnt eat and i put in a anole and it didnt last 3 seconds in the tank!!!) .im just a bit worried about some sort of internal/external(mites)parasites that will likly come from these animals that are always wild caught(never heard of a captive breeding anole program..ha ha ha )anyway im just looking for some thoughts on this...hes in such good health other than his eating problem i dont wanna open up a can of worms...no pun intended..ha ha .
