The pastels need a little help with their sheds.
Good luck with them this season!

Do those Freedom Breeder racks lead to a lot of bad sheds? I would think it would really hard to keep the humidity up in them.

I dont think so.........The snakes usualy have very good sheds but this time of year they sometimes get a dry shed.....very dry air........

Nothing a nice soaking wont fix up.....

Have a great season everyone!!!

I thought Florida had wet winters? In fact, I didn't think the humidity was ever low in Florida. lol Do you have to do anything special for those FB racks to retain humidity, such as spray or place anything on top of the grate? I've thought about getting some of those racks, but I've always been afraid they'd be way too dry.

It rains here over the winters......this is tru, but when thetemps drop the air becomes very dry.......so this is when it happens....i have honestly had ZERO problems with the Freedom Breeder Rack ystem....and I honestly would reccomend it to anyone looking to get into breeding.......

I am planning on getting a few more racks this year so I would not reccomend anything to anyone that would not use myself!
