You might check with Justin at Intense Herp. He is working on posting their story when he gets a chance. He has emailed pictures of them to me. Let me know if you can't get through to him and I'll forward the ones he sent me.

I have also contacted Mark Leshock, asking for info on them but have not heard back from him.

I talked with Mark last night and he is no longer working with them,he told me most of his stock was sold out side of the USA.I was told one person has a het male and has breed it and has eggs so we have to waite and see.I would love to get my hands on this strain if it is new or differnt than the 3 out there right now.

Ahh, no eggs yet, but within a week or two. So far he has breed with a Tremper, Rainwater, Ghost, and a couple het. blizzards!!! Wow, well I guess that is why it was so hard to get the male off him, at least the genes live on in the US!!!! I'll breed him with a Bell later in the early Spring. If no eggs hatch out albino, well there is a good chance the Leshock is a seperate strain but I would not know for sure until 2005.

Justyn,

Can we therefore assume you have the Het Male? Did Mark mention why he never marketed this here in the states? We're dying to know!

Yep, I'm the one with the het. male! Pretty soon (hopefully) some possible hets. Damn, I knew I should have tried to keep this all more low key. Mark did market them in the U.S. but I think he did not produce what he wished, lost interest, or Trempers production caused Mark to not be able to sale them (he was asking twice as much as Tremper, and just as much as Rainwater). I personally don't think anyone is working with the Leshock albino strain in any country besides me (now that Leshock said he know longer has any more), but I would be very excited if that information was true!!! I guess I'll put out some feelers for albino geckos in Europe, I needed to anyways to aquire some info on the Rainwater strain and its status in Europe. I really did work for many months to aquire that het. male from Leshock, I don't think Leshock really wanted to let him go. Once I get a good amount of stock going with Leshock genes I'll be sending some to some friends of mine to play around with, that is if the Leshock strain is different. What I'm interested to know is lets just say the Leshock strain proves to be the bell strain, should we still call it the Bell strain?
