First generation young will not be albinos, but will be het for both. Same result you'd get from breeding a patternless to an albino or a blizzard to a patternless - first generation is het for both and normal looking.

Because no albinos result from breeding two albino parents (of different strains), it was determined that they actually ARE different strains, not just the same mutation showing up in a different line.

If someone took the breeding to further generations and produced an albino that is both a Tremper albino and a Las Vegas albino, or Bell and Tremper, I don't know if they would look any diffent from an animal that is an albino of a single type. I'd be curious though and would like to see pictures if anyone has one.
