I have provided a link.If for any reason it does not work I will cheerfully send one if I am emailed. This permit is for the state of Fla. We need one for each state. At shows for example Daytona or Ca. we have been approached many times by DoA officers wanting to examine our permit, just as fish and wildlife does for herps. As a matter of fact, last year some other vendor brought fruitflies to Daytona, and had no permit. The flies were taken off the table, and a summons was issued to the vendor. So when we say on our catalogue that we are "USDA APPROVED", its your assurance that we have complied with the rules and regulations that are required .Its for your protection as well. Fruitflies are considered a pest, and although Melanogaster and probably Hydei are indigenous to almost every state, they do require regulation.
