Welp no need to worry....(don't trust all care sheets)

The Rhampholean is dead. Man I don't know what the deal is. Maybe it is what Carlton said about the over-supplementing. I just wish those care sheets that I read before I got them were actually right.

So sorry to hear this...I really wish someone knew what the problem was. With mine, it really couldn't have been oversupplementation as I didn't do it all that much...once a week at the most...sometimes even less. I'm not sure how much Lele supplemented...I don't recall.

I contantly worry about the two CB of mine because of these strange deaths. I have to wonder if it has to do with keeping them in the glass enclosures, though most say that it's ok for the Pygmy Leaf's...I know of a few people that keep them in screen cages and have had better luck.

Again, I'm so sorry about the little ones.

how is your third one? I would definitely move it out of the enclosure and set up a sterile, clean new one just in case there was something that can be transmitted (airnorne bacteria, etc.)

Caresheets tend to be written by one person...and reflect their experiences. They may not have faced your particular problem and there could be subtle things different about your setup in your location, your particular animals, food sources, your plants, substrate, water chemistry, all kinds of variables. There are not that many keepers who have kept brevs successfully too. Sorry you lost it!
