Babies Go To Their New Home This Weekend

LindsayMarie Jun 03, 2003 01:56 PM

I am going to miss them of course but I know they are going to a wonderful place and will be well taken care of! I will take some last minute pictures before this weekend and I am still deciding if I am going to keep one or two as I am not going to breed again (as long as my dragons health arent at stake). If we keep any the pinkish one is definitely going to be one we keep. Be interesting to see how he/she turns out (looks to be a female). Well just wanted to fill everyone in! Take care, LindsayMarie

Let me know, she looks just like Sherbert did at that age and the colors just ran and spread on her as she got older!

She is by far the prettiest dragon we have (and the biggest pig)@ 7 months she is 18 inches and not slowing down yet

She is smaller then the rest of the clutch. I worry that smaller means less healthy and/or failure to thrive, even though I know it doesnt necessarily mean that. We will see. I am just overwhelmed with the ant situation, the lack of room here, moving situation etc! But I bet at the last minute I will keep her. I also am finding it hard to part with one I call Junior. He is the one that climbs the thermometer and acts just like his dad all the time....lol Gosh they are so cute. All the babies are very pretty. Some with some stunning color. Too bad you didnt live a little closer you could come over and pick out one you like. There are a couple that resemble the little girl as well. Because of everything going on I had to let them go at a real good price for the buyer. But I know they are going to a good place and I know if you took one it would too....hehe Take care, Lindsay

one in her clutch, now at 7 months she is larger than the biggest boy and the same size as most of our adult females (but Sandy) so..... you just never can tell, she took off growing like crazy in the 3rd month and has not stopped yet, she eats about 1/2 cup of salad a day some pellets and between 50-70 1/2-3/4 grown crickets

So funny to watch her and with her crickets, like a machine eating and when she knows we are getting them ready she is pacing her tank like she is starving!
