Banana Cali King

Wizwise Dec 18, 2003 04:31 PM

Local pet store has one for $188.

Thinking of purchasing her. I would just like to know the temperament of cali kings, are they nippy? Are they aggressive?. Any and all info will be greatly appreciated everyone.

Thanks
Shane

dude, that is A LOT of money for a kingsnake...is it an adult...

besides the price...the are great snakes, atleast i love them. they can be a bit nippy when baby's, but if they are handled enough they grow out of it...even an adult that is nippy isn't what i wold call an aggressive snake.

just check the classifieds here on kingsnake .......no way you should pay that much for a bananna king!
go to the classifieds and look for the name "Don Shores" i think he has some find his ad and ask ......i bought a albino bananna
off him that is of the highest quality! for a hell of alot less
than the concentration camp your going to!
i'm dead serious man...... go somewhere else

"word"
"yo diggy" or just plain ol' "fer sure"
The bananna -i got from Don Shores -about 6 months ago i've also
purchased others.....Good people

I live in Canada. That's Canadian funds with no shipping costs. I've inquired to some breeders in America. But all have a minimum order. So the cheapest I can but the king is $188.

I've looked at a lot of websites and seen some of the prices on them, along with milks. The costs are greatly cheaper than here. But the minimum order's are what hurt.

If anyone will ship to Canada without the minimim, please get back to me.

Thanks
Shane

No, it's about 15-20 inches in length.

I have some nice baby banana and banded cal kings for sale right now, they hatched in July and I just haven't gotten around to selling them yet, and they're going for a LOT less than $188. Is shipping to Canada any different than shipping in the continental US? Anyone? I've never done it before but willing to give a try if you're interested. Let me know so I can get some pics of them for you, feel free to e mail me a message. But I must warn you, if you're wanting the snake very soon it might not be possible as I'm due to have a baby any day now and might not be able to get to it right away. Just let me know, thanks

Due Date was Dec 15th..it's getting really uncomfy now (understatement of the year) and I'm afraid I'll be in hospital over Christmas at this point. But, once again ty for the sentiment, it means a lot

Happy Holidays

I only paid $49.99 for mine, and I've seen several for sale at different stores in the area. All are priced at $50. Regular cal kings (the black and white version) for for around $75 around here.
