What's the rule on mustard greens. My Greeks love them. They eat mostly mustard, danilion (sp), wheat grass and a little field greens from the grocery store.

They are high, but not extreme like spinach, in Oxalic Acid so make them a small part 10% of the diet at best. Throw in opuntia cactus pads instead. Greek's love them and they are much better than Mustard Greens.
