I am reading the back of some romaince lettuce and it says that it has vitamin a 45% vitamin c 35% calcium 4% and iron 6%. I not sure but i think someone posted the nutrional facts of it like two months ago and it was lower then this so i just thought i would post to make sure.

It shouldn't be used as a staple, a mix in is possible, though it should be sparingly.
It is high in Vitamin A and also oxalates, not good..
