Conducting a sleep survey

When is sun up and sun down for your chams? Do you adjust through the year? Do they stay active right until bed, or do they go to there sleeping spot a little early and wait for you to turn off the lights? Do you ever have your cham wake up in a different place/spot then when you shut the lights off?

the times change with the seasons.
they tend to go to bed about an hour before lights out they dont close there eyes during that hour though they just sortof sit there

they usually wake up in the same spot but everyonce in a while they change to a different spot

Generally mine settle down an hour or two before the lights go out. They are usually in the same spot when the light comes on in the morning.

Zoe likes to go to bed anywhere between 6 and 9 PM.
He will go to his sleeping area, and get comfy, and if I don't turn out his lights when he's ready, he just goes to sleep anyway. I find he is much easier to wake back up, while the lights are still on. Once the lights are off though...he's out.
some days he likes to sleep late, sometimes until 10 or 11 in the morning...if I've left the lights on later the day before. Most days he's up at around 7:30 or 8...but I think that's because WE are up, and the lights in the house are on around him.
On the weekends, he will generally sleep until 9 or so, whenever someone else gets up.
Lately I have been finding him in different areas than where he went to sleep. But, I don't think it's because he wakes up and moves to a different place. I think it's because he tips over, or leans back or whatever, while he's sleeping. I've found him is all sorts of strange positions lately.
Recently, I've lined the pot of the plant that he sleeps on with fake vines, so it's soft if he tips into it while he's sleeping. He seems to like that, as he's taken to sleeping right on the fake vines, rather than clinging to his tree.
Probably more comfortable than waking up hanging upside down and not knowing how he got that way!

Sun up: 7:30am
Sun set: 9:00pm

My chams arent very active at all. Some days they move around a lot and some days they dont seem to move at all. Maybe it's because they are indoor full time now? They used to be quite active when they were in their outdoor cages in Sunny California. To be honest, I dont know whether they move at night or not because my lights are on a timer and I am hardly ever near the room when they lights go out.
