ok, once for the computer stupid, how do i insert a picture directly into my message?

I do it the following way;

Go to the Photogallery Link at the top of the page and then go to Upload Pictures(you may have to register!)

Then upload your pic(s)

When you are posting a message there is a Select image from photo gallery drop down menu underneath where you type the text, simply choose the photo you want and your done!

If you are unsure you can always go to preview message to make sure it will work!
