BLACK PINESNAKE -X- YELLOW RATSNAKE

just wanted to share a photo of one of my trio of black pinsnake cross with yellow ratsnake,if you look real close you will see this little girl hass the scales of a pine snake and she is also plump with a big fuzzy all three were huge babies all started out eating big fuzzys

That's not even an attractive looking mutt. Maybe you can get some oohs and aahs over on the hybrid forum.

I really don't mean to be disagreeable, but I have to wonder what's the point of crossing these snakes. It is a handsome specimen(looks a lot like E.Vulpina), but it just doesn't do justice to the beauty of the original animals.
Just an opinion.

It will be interesting to see how these go through the color changes, if they even do, as they grow into adulthood. I bet they will be some decent sized snakes.

Definitely an interesting combination. I was wondering about their look since Ladyin2herps' post. The Pine influence seems predominant. Enjoy them.
