How is this for boa housing rack style

In the caging forum there is a pic of a huge rubbermaid under the title GARGANGUA RUBBERMAIDS. I have 2 boas and wanted to know if anyone have any ideas and imput on making a 2 level rack with these. I was going to build a cage but when I saw this I figured it was very cost affective and should hold heat really well.
